- Berentzen Apple Liqueur - $9 / shot
The Original House of Berentzen recipe is replicated in this light fruit liqueur made with sun-ripened apples specially selected to provide a CRISP, FRESH apple taste. Tasting Notes - Real sun-ripened apples with a balanced, smooth finish combine with rich apple aromas throughout keep this product true to the apples it came from.
- Berentzen Pear Liqueur - $9 / shot
A light fruit liqueur made with sun-ripened green pears specially selected to provide the CRISP, FRESH pear taste. Tasting Notes - Smooth, sweet and light. Fresh pear flavor glides along and stimulates the palate with a clean finish Like taking a bite out of a large green pear, without the drip down your chin.
- Asbach Uralt - $12 for 3oz.
The German Brandy - A heavy, fruity, brandy that is a interesting change from cognac. This brandy almost has a flavor profile closer to a heavy bodied bourbon than a cognac. While reminiscent , it is much more balanced than some of the Soviet brandy and stands on its own as a distinct product. If you like bourbon or Jack Daniels more than cognac, this one is for you. A good brandy for the money and a interesting one worth trying. A perennial favorite, especially among British ex-servicemen, Uralt was created by Hugo Asbach way back in 1892. First Impression: Apricots, vanilla, caramel, and almonds. A sweet, almost sherry-like smell – similar, but much deeper than Armenian or Georgian (Republic) brandies.
- Kuemmerling - $5
German Herbal Digestive - Perfect to finish off your meal. This digestive is a dark brown color with 35% alcohol content and a baking spice and anise flavor profile. It has been produced in the city of Bodenheim since 1963.

- The Bavarian brewers have been masters in their trade for centuries and therefore also brew excellent pils beers. Indeed it was a Bavarian master brewer that brewed the first beer according to the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen!
- It was the Paulaner monks who invented the Salvador bottom-fermenting double bock.
- Bayern Oktoberfest beer is brewed according to the standards of the Brewers’ Guild of Munich, which was established in 1815 when they brewed this beer for the first time to celebrate the royal wedding of King Ludwig I and Princess Maria Theresia.

Wines & Mead:
Red:
Schlink Haus Sweet: $8 glass / $24 Bottle
Violet candy and sandalwood perfume sweet-tart blackberries and plums in this ripe, ruddy red wine. It's slightly sweet and candied but balanced pertly by fresh acidity and darker notes of sage and rosemary. A soft, easy Dornfelder to enjoy.
Cavit Pinot Noir : $10 glass / $24 Bottle
With a distinctive balance with bright cherry notes and hints of red berries, it is big, bold, and complex.
Merlot: $8 glass
A pleasing dry red wine with blackberry and raspberry aromas.
White:
Auslese Mosel: $10 glass / $29 Bottle
The Mosel region is famous—and for good reason. The slate soils absorb the sun's heat and release it back to the vines to help the grapes ripen. The river zigzags dramatically through the land, giving ample opportunity for different exposures. The slopes are incredibly steep, so the grapes must be hand harvested. But the effort is worth it: Mosel rieslings are wonderful, with lots of acidity to complement flavors of peach, slate, and fennel.
Gewurztraminer: $9 glass / $24 Bottle
Gewürztraminer is like the grown-up version of Moscato. While Gewürztraminer wine has many similarities to Moscato it also has higher alcohol, more striking aromatics and lower acidity. All of these characteristics make Gewürztraminer more difficult to slurp down, thus making it more ‘adult’.
Chardonay: $8 glass
Chardonnay is far closer to the zesty style of Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc. Chardonnay wine tends to have less ‘green flavors’ than Sauvignon Blanc. Depending on how ripe the grapes were when picked, the flavor ranges from lemon and green apple (less ripe) to pineapple and figs (very ripe).
Spatlese Riesling: $10 glass / $29 Bottle
Spatlese (literal meaning: "late harvest"; plural form is Spätlesen) is a German wine term for a wine from fully ripe grapes, the lightest of the late harvest wines. ... Many Spatlese wines will age well, especially those made from the Riesling grape.
Schlink Haus Riesling: $9 glass / $24 Bottle
The nose is a touch earthy on this feather-light auslese, but the palate is chock full of juicy pomelo and lime flavors. It's a straightforward, richly honeyed wine glazed by a hint of caramelized sugar and a lacy, sugared fringe on the finish.
Franz Josef Riesling: $10 glass / $29 Bottle
Exotic fruit aromas of pineapple and lychee, lively, fruity and easy to handle, complex aroma, profound with beautiful minerality and great potential. Elegant aroma meets fine minerality.
White Zinfandel: $9 glass
Slightly sweet wine made from the red-skinned Zinfandel grape. It gets its rosy pink color from the grape skins after they are crushed and quickly removed from the juice. The remaining process is the same as for white wine.
Mead:
Wild Man Mead: $10 glass
Wild Man Mead is a thick, sweet, and strong traditional style of mead. Made out of alfalfa honey, there is a pleasant sharpness to the drink. The current version has a slight cloudiness to it, because we refuse to take away the true nature of the honey inside.
Crazy Woman Mead: $10 glass
Crazy Woman Mead is the insane sister of the Wild Man. Spiced with hibiscus and with strong tasting notes of fig, this is definitely not your traditional mead!
